Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced teacher to join our team at EF Alula, Saudi Arabia. As an EF teacher, you should have a positive and engaging personality to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment. Passionate about teaching and having a strong desire to help students meet their expectations will make you the perfect candidate. The candidate will also have a proven track record of a University Degree, a deep understanding of language learning techniques and the ability to create lesson plans that meet the needs of a diverse student group.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Plan and deliver effective English language lessons to adult students with various backgrounds. </li><li> Implement the Efekta Learning System that meets the needs of students in areas such as grammar, reading, writing and speaking. </li><li> Classroom management that will include managing student and creating a positive an engaging classroom environment that furthers student learning and interaction. behaviour </li><li> Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support for improvement. </li><li> Supporting and collaborating with colleagues to create an environment. cohesive learning </li><li> Attending staff meeting, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities. </li><li> Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Native English Speaker (Due to visa restrictions, some non-Native passport holders might get their application rejected)</li><li> University degree or equivalent, master’s degree preferred. </li><li> TEFL/TESOL certificate, CELTA preferred. </li><li> Must be legally able to work in Saudi Arabia. </li><li> Minimum 2 years previous experience teaching non-native adult students in an ESL environment. </li><li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Ability to work well under pressure, independently and as part of a team. </li><li> Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li><li> Highly motivated, proactive, and positive. </li><li> Excellent planning and organization skills with good attention to detail. </li></ul><p><br></p>If you’re a dedicated and motivated teacher looking for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lived of Saudi students, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at EF Alula. This position may involve relocation between our various branches in Saudi Arabia, based on operational needs.<p><br></p><strong><em><u>The Package</u></em></strong><p><br></p>Salary: 2800 – 3000 USD/month net (Depending on experience)<p><br></p>Accommodation: Single studio or one bedroom flat (Remote areas such as Alula, might be challenging for larger families due to limited resources).<p><br></p>Transportation provided.<p><br></p>Flights from and to home country provided.<p><br></p>Visa expenses covered.<p><br></p>Medical insurance provided.
