ESG Expert/Specialist for a project at Manufacturing plant, as part of larger Digital transformation, Abu Dhabi

<strong>PROJECT CONTEXT</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>We are supporting a Large Conglomerate in the Emirates, currently operating with its own specific brand in Management Consulting, to staff a large Digital transformation plan</li><li>Projects are starting up in the coming weeks, they are all resident in Abu Dhabi, and require a strong technical connotation on ESG</li><li>Specifically, we are looking for a ESG Expert/Specialist </li><li>Resources must be sufficiently Senior, with a solid technical background and ability to relate to Top Management (too technical resources are not in the search, we need people able to talk business language at C-Level)</li><li>The need is quite urgent and the right candidate should be available to jump in the Team within 15 days, he will be then interviewed by the Company Top Management as soon as he provides his interests and availability</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Technical Skills Required For The Position</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Skillset in ESG topics</li><li>Already engaged in similar project in the past</li><li>Ability to drive changes and transformation, being inclusive about people assigned</li><li>Ideally, someone who has worked in Consulting Firms will receive priority (appreciated)</li><li>Flexibility in working under tight timelines </li><li>No boundaries on age and nationalities, as long as he can get the work done with quality</li><li>Immediate availability to join the Team in Abu Dhabi, assignment onground</li><li>Valid VISA for working in UAE or freelance Visa request for freelance</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>PROJECT INFORMATION</strong><p><br></p><ul><li># required Professionals: 1</li><li>Engagement > immediate start-date, after selection process, June 2023</li><li>Workload > full-time</li><li>Location > Abu Dhabi, resident on ground needed</li><li>Duration > initial 3-6 months period, possibility of long extension after </li><li>Interesting package for people resident in the Area, or in proximity to</li></ul>
