<p>voestalpine Bohler Welding Middle East FZE, are looking to hire:</p><p><strong>Equipment Business & Sales Development Manager</strong></p><p><br></p><strong>Your Tasks</strong><ul><li>Implement Equipment strategic business and action plans on country, customer and product level for the region in collaboration with the respective Sales Management Team and with support from the RSO.</li><li>Drive sales and related initiatives and activities for Equipment business in the region in collaboration with the respective Sales Management Team.</li><li>Co-accountable for the annual Equipment sale budget for the region and set necessary action to optimize the budget in collaboration with Sales Management Team and with support from the RSO.</li><li>Co-accountable for management of Equipment related KPI’s and ownership on delivering the accordant results.</li><li>Plan & execute Equipment sales and promotional activities including development of USP and regionalized FWS’ to achieve the targets.</li><li>Lead Equipment Demonstration and Service Team.</li><li>Plan, execute and track Equipment demonstrations and Customer visits.</li><li>Manage and coordinate pre and post Equipment sales service activities.</li><li>Guide Sales Management Team & Distributors with selection of Equipment configurations fit for Customer applications.</li><li>Find, win and develop Equipment Distributors and Key End Customers in coordination with vaBW Sales Management Team.</li><li>Identify trends/ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements and Voice of the Customer reviews (VOC).</li><li>Supports with solid and robust Equipment Sales & Marketing plans (regional/Global).</li></ul><strong>Your Profile</strong><ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant equivalent tertiary qualification.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of welding equipment products.</li><li>Strong industry knowledge with special emphasis on Welding Equipment.</li><li>Excellent Welding Equipment Product knowledge.</li><li>Ability to create value added approach and ensure best possible scenarios to win business whilst maintaining highest profit attainable.</li><li>Ability to work across a multi-functional and multi-cultural organisation.</li><li>Ability to create/execute strong and robust sales plans.</li><li>Value based selling approach.</li><li>Willing to travel regionally and internationally.</li><li>Excellent command of English – oral and written.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience in the use of Sales Management Tools (CRM).</li><li>Applicant should be available in UAE.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Our Offer</strong><p>We approach to performance-oriented people with both expertise and social skills, who are willing to live our values.
