POSITION SUMMARY</strong><p><br></p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPMS &amp; SCADA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in EPMS and SCADA engineering for high voltage substations. In addition, the candidate should have experience working with the Saudi Electric supply company.<p><br></p>The project consisting if 3x 380KV Substations, STATCOM 5KM 380kv UG Cable system and 300km OHTL being executed by Air Products as part of the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p><strong>III, NATURE AND SCOPE</strong><p><br></p>The HV Transmission system is part of a dedicated renewable energy system consisting of:<p><br></p>More than 300km of 380kV Overhead &amp; 5km Underground Transmission Line, 3 x 380kV substations,2200 MW Solar Farm.1275 MW Wind Farm, 400 MWh BESS, 400MVAr STATCOM and Energy Management system to support the Green Hydrogen production facility being developed by the JV company.<p><br></p><strong>IV. DIMENSIONS:</strong><p><br></p>Project Value: ~500M USD<p><br></p>Direct Reporting to Project Area Engineering Manager<p><br></p><strong>V. Principal Accountabilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) plans for high voltage substation projects</li><li>Design and implement advanced energy management and SCADA systems for substations</li><li>Conduct technical analyses and evaluations of substation equipment and systems</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to project teams</li><li>Participate in project meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations</li><li>Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures for EPMS and SCADA systems</li><li>Provide technical training and support to operations and maintenance teams</li><li>Conduct system upgrades and modifications as necessary to improve performance and reliability</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EPMS and SCADA systems</li><li>Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, such as protection and control, to ensure system integration and coordination</li><li>Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) of EPMS and SCADA systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with cyber security standards for critical infrastructure protection</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture diagrams, user manuals, and test reports</li><li>Participate in the development of proposals and bids for new projects</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to EPMS and SCADA systems. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>V. Minimum Requirements And Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in EPMS and SCADA engineering for high voltage substations</li><li>Experience working with the Saudi Electric supply company</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of energy management and SCADA systems</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>VI.
