<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><strong><u>JOB SCOPE</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Develop a creative, collaborative culture within teams throughout all parks.</li><li> Assist with research for entertainment, event and show development.</li><li> Attend and contribute to brainstorming sessions.</li><li> Develop a comprehensive understanding of all events/shows in all parks.</li><li> Uphold creative vision while working within all Intellectual Property guidelines.</li><li> Identify talent resources locally and globally.</li><li> Build great partnerships with all colleagues in all lines of business throughout parks.</li><li> Exceptional organizational skills to manage the entire portfolios library of creative entertainment offerings.</li><li> Participate and take lead as needed with event rehearsals, execution, and set-up.</li><li> Attend events monitoring quality control.</li><li> Review safety risks in proposed entertainment elements.</li><li> Assist in developing a creative culture within the Creative Entertainment department.</li><li> Provides guidance and mentorship to entertainment colleagues for growth and development.</li><li> Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>ESSENCIAL</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Higher Secondary or Equivalent</li><li>5 years’ experience in entertainment role or environment</li><li>At least 2 years’ experience as Performer</li><li>2 years’ experience in casting and rehearsal process</li><li>Working knowledge of entertainment production, creative development, stage direction.</li><li>Strong administration skills and knowledge of World, Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>DESIRABLE:</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Study in Theatrical or Performing Arts.</li><li> Theme Park and/or Special Events background.</li><li> 2 years’ of experience in administrative work in the entertainment industry.</li></ul>
