Job Description
-Create and command a strong pipeline of leads and be able to successfully convert leads to sales on a consistent basis.<br>-Articulately consult and sell to stakeholders in small, to mid-sized business.<br>-Accurately provide sales forecasts to management based on a data-driven understanding of where prospects are in the sales cycle.<br>-Help a prospect understand their overall need for a software solution and deliver that value-based solution.<br>-Tailor sales approach throughout the day to account for differences in sales cycles, software capabilities, client profiles, and product differences.<br>-Manage time and resources effectively to accomplish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by planning for and scheduling all required sales activities.<br>-Collaborate with colleagues daily to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.<br>-Maintain high standard relationships with internal stakeholders and external channel partners built through trust.<br>-Listen and exhibit patience when encountering challenges and problems with complex prospect requirements.<br>-Understand root cause analysis and how to utilize internal tools to problem solve and create solutions.
