<p>Corporate Sales Executive for the enterprise project who will be responsible for acquiring new and existing accounts MNP with MRC of 6K+(Hunting and Farming).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;100%+ target achievement month over month.&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Deliver and maintain @100% all qualitative targets &amp; KPI’s.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Acquire MNP accounts 6k+ MRC.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure low churn.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keeping up to date with the latest product offerings and promotions.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints and inquiries.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reporting on sales activities and providing feedback to management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>60% Sales Targets:</strong> The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets. The number of postpaid plans sold will be a key performance indicator, and targets should be set based on historical sales data and business goals.</p><p><strong>10% Conversion Rate:</strong> The conversion rate, or the percentage of potential customers who become actual customers, is another important KPI. The Sales Executive should aim to have a high conversion rate, which can be achieved through effective communication, relationship building, and providing excellent customer service.</p><p><strong>10% (ARPU):</strong> The ARPU is the average revenue generated per postpaid plan sold. The Sales Executive should aim to sell plans with a high ARPU, as this will increase revenue for the business.</p><p><strong>10% Customer Satisfaction:</strong> The Sales Executive should aim to provide excellent customer service, which can be measured through customer satisfaction surveys and feedback. High levels of customer satisfaction will lead to increased customer loyalty and low churn. And Port-out</p><p><strong>10% Lead Generation:</strong> The Sales Executive should be responsible for generating leads and expanding the&nbsp;customer data base. The number of leads generated, and the quality of those leads will be an important KPI.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>. Proven experience as an enterprise sales executive/business development executive preferably in telecom sector.</p><p>. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.</p><p>. Researching prospects and generating leads.</p><p>. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.</p><p>. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.</p><p>. Proficiency in English.</p><p>. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.</p><p>. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.</p>
