Our clients are categorized as large by turn-over (over 1Bn EGP revenue in several cases), and are as diverse as can be.</p><p>We work with a very exciting business model that allows us to get very close to our clients and really achieve impressive transformations and adding real value.</p><p>With us you will grow very fast and learn divers new business models due to the exposure to many large scale clients in various industries.</p><p>AND WE ARE GROWING, and if you are a top performer SENIOR ERP Implementation Consultant, we have a home for you within our family.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Engage in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines</li><li>Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan and implementation timeline</li><li>Gather and create accurate requirements for software customization designed to meet the true business needs of the customer</li><li>Provide multi-faceted support including: resolving problems, explaining products and services, instructing in use of software, configuring software, troubleshooting and other business priorities</li><li>Gather information, research and manage user support requests from creation to completion</li><li>Communicate appropriate options for resolution and status in a timely manner</li><li>Collaborate with Delivery and Development departments to resolve customer support requests</li><li>Manage timelines and deliverables with internal departments and customers</li><li>Test and implement software configurations</li><li>Utilize and enhance Knowledge Management System</li><li>Build relationships with customers and internal team members</li><li>Travel to customer site as required</li><li>Provide user training and support</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, CIS or computer-related field, or equivalent experience in implementing, consulting, or supporting an ERP system</li><li>Experience implementing an ERP systems within manufacturing, Distribution, Construction or Retail industries (at least 4 years )</li><li>Experience of understanding the business processes </li><li>Experience building and maintaining good customer relationships</li><li>Ability to maintain technical record keeping</li><li>Ability to use analytical skills to resolve business issues</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize many projects simultaneously and effective time management</li><li>Organized and detail oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently, without close supervision, as well as part of a team</li><li>Ability to communicate issues to varying levels of users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner</li><li>Aptitude to use and demonstrate an understanding of the technology and use of Company products</li><li>Good in English, and in Computer office Applications specifically the use of spreadsheets such as excel as a power user</li><li>Must be ready and willing to travel to customer locations as needed</li></ul>
