<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Job Description – Enterprise Assets management – Manager profile</u></strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Strategic Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Development of Assets Management Framework for an organization</li><li>Assets Management policy</li><li>Development of Assets Management Strategy and objectives</li><li>Development of Strategic Assets Management plan</li><li>Ability to develop roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders in the assets management framework</li><li>Develop Assets Management roadmap for the organization</li><li>Assets Lifecycle information management strategy, governance and objectives</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Operational Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in assets capitalization policies and procedures as per International accounting standards.</li><li>Enterprise Assets Management – Optimization experience</li><li>Consulting on improvement on assets utilization for a variety of industries</li><li>Ability to review of current system architecture and configuration of fixed assets in the ERP including COA and master data relating to fixed assets (FA) register</li><li>Ability to perform a high-level gap analysis of FA Management processes in terms of critical processes and policies by analyzing available documents, information, data, and current IT architecture</li><li>Experience in Regulatory assets valuation</li><li>Experience in fixed assets componentization in various industries</li><li>Planning and organizing physical verification</li><li>Develop the requirements for physical verification including the development of templates for verification, reconciliation, reporting and preparation of fixed assets register</li><li>Guidance and supervision of physical verification team</li><li>Experience in various tagging methodology – RFID</li><li>Experience in management reporting on fixed assets policies, gaps and reconciliation</li><li>Prior experience in reconciliation projects especially in fixed assets against company financials</li><li>Able to identify efficiency opportunities for the management and Identify Key inputs and outputs</li><li>Experience in FA modules in various ERP systems. Example – Oracle, SAP</li><li>Experience in various AMS systems – example – MAXIMO/GIS.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or accounting from a top business school</li><li>Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant consulting experience, with last 5 years Big 4 or other large consulting / outsourcing firms) focusing on IBM Maximo, Fixed Asset, Oracle &amp; SAP with Fixed Asset module experience</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Core Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong decision-maker with quick response time, and sound analytical and research </li><li>Attention to detail and sufficient time management / multi-tasking</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion skills / Solutioning pricing and related skills</li><li>Strong organization skills / program management / agile management</li><li>Innovative, self-driven with a sense of ownership and ability to work independently</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale up services and run a profitable business</li></ul>
