At AnyTech365, you’ll enjoy a challenging and fulfilling role, working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth and development.<p><br></p><strong>WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE</strong><em>:</em><p><br></p><ul><li> Receiving calls, assisting remotely and responding to electronic requests.</li><li>Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best.</li><li>Possible customer service as soon as possible.</li><li>Perform remote cleaning as indicated.</li><li>Resolve problems from the first call, as far as possible, using the knowledge retained during the training and searching through the available documentation.</li><li>Record problems in the database.</li><li>Possess the ability to dynamically understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization. A positive attitude and positive behavior are expected.
