Job Title: Language Teacher / Montessori Teacher<br><br>Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br><br>Job Type: Full-time<br><br>The International Academy, located between Exit 8-9 Riyadh, is currently hiring for the following positions:<br><br>Native or fluent English Teacher for KG sections<br>Montessori Teacher<br><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards<br>Create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports the academic and personal growth of students<br>Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and needs of students<br>Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback on their academic performance<br>Communicate with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and academic needs<br>Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge<br><br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Education, Language, or related field<br>Teaching certification or license<br>Native or fluent proficiency in English language<br>Experience teaching in a KG setting<br>Knowledge of the Montessori approach (for Montessori teacher position)<br>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br>Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators<br>We offer a competitive salary package, including health insurance, housing allowance, and annual round-trip airfare.
