Engineering Supervisor
– Shares the responsibility and supervises all works executed, by own staff members or external third parties and on the building, plants or technical installations.
– Implements together with Maintenance Engineer on the Software “RMS/BMS/CMS/OPERA” all necessary work procedures for preventive maintenance, initiates respective scheduled procedures and monitors carrying out of work.
– Accordingly provides the sufficient and reasonable supply of spare parts and materials on time he supports.
– Determines for repair work the priorities and takes care for the quick removing of all breakdowns. Does not accept work, which is not executed in a competent manner. In case of disputes, involves the Maintenance Engineer or Director of Operation for a decision.
– Works out in co-operation with the Maintenance Engineer a concept in cooperation with the Engineering Software “RMS/BMS/CMS/OPERA” of a yearly preventive maintenance program.
– Coordinating with technician to set priorities for projects and ensuring that they are met
– Reviewing project proposals to determine feasibility, scope, cost estimates, and time lines
– Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback to help them improve their skills
– Monitoring the work of engineers/technician to ensure that they are adhering to plans and specifications
– Monitoring employees’ attendance, on-the-job performance and productivity
– Recommending new technologies for use in projects based on cost, safety, efficiency, and other considerations
– Reviewing blueprints and other design documents to ensure that they meet department standards for safety and quality
– Training and supervising technicians, painters, gardeners including to complete the tasks of the day for every single area
