Engineering Team Leader

Responsibilities:
– Makes store requisitioning through the purchasing system.
– Maintains up to date Filing.
– Performs other duties assigned by his/her immediate Superior.
– Prepare and arrange the Director of Engineering's diary (e.g. meetings, trainings, briefings, etc.).
– To report to the Director of Engineering on a daily basis all incoming and outgoing information (e.g. status of certain assignments given, inquiries, etc).
– Coordinates with other departments accordingly (e.g. requests, work orders, inquiries, etc).
– Obtain quotations from outside contractors/ suppliers, summarize and forward to the Director of Engineering and prepares the purchase order as necessary.
– Organize and implement in house training programs for the Engineering Department
– Assist in the monitoring and maintaining of inventory.
– Arranges internal and external appointments.
– Assists in the preparation of all report documents.
– Maintain and file all equipment operation log sheets.
– Ensure that all equipment 3rd party certificates are all valid and to be renewed prior to the expiry date.
– Assist with the daily operations, check the RSM dashboard and inform the leader or the technicians accordingly.
