<ul><li>Coordinate the Engineering activities related to the Produced Water Disposal project from Concept phase to FEED/DE Assist CPD from bidding stage, up to the execution and completion of the engineering CALL OFF Order(s). Set-up and manage a CPY Engineering Team to support this study and to monitor subcontracted engineering activities. Enforce the implementation of the CPY Technical referential, and ensure the viability/robustness of the studies, with regards to safety layout, reliability, and operability.</li><li>Ascertain that any change/deviation to the CPY STD’s or scope of work (SOW) has been identified, impact has been assessed and formalized through Deviation / Change Order / SCN.</li><li>Ensure that activities are executed in the highly safety manner, within approved schedule and budget.</li><li>Managed positions in transverse organization: direct: 8, indirect: 30+</li><li>Manage highly skilled studies from Concept phase to Pre-FEED &amp; FEED/DE, involving multi-discipline activities, and related to complex offshore brownfield developments.</li><li>Detached to the CPD entity and report on daily basis to the CPD Architect, manage a team of technical experts, act as Technical Advisor and CPY representative, monitor activities and subcontractor(s), approve deliverables and progress.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Tasks<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure and promote the application of COMPANY HSE and Safety Engineering rules and specifications;</li><li>Promote safety culture within the Engineering team and ensure that subcontractor complies at all times with safety rules;</li><li>Pursue during the engineering activities the HSE objectives defined by the line management;</li><li>Assist CPD in the tendering process, the scope definition, the bid reviews and clarifications, the recommendation to Award. Set-up an engineering organization, gather and compile the design dossier, participate in the elaboration of the design basis;</li><li>Prepare and organize the KOM, review and adjust the deliverable list, the document review cycles, and validate the MDR. Ascertain proper elaboration of the MDDM and ensure the review of the engineering deliverables through the CPY EDMS Ensure the coordination of the various specialists and involvement of all stakeholders including HSEQ, FOPS;</li><li>Identify and organize any necessary site survey or additional laser survey for the proper execution of the studies Consolidate and approve the CPY comment/response/position, provide the necessary technical arbitrations between the different parties in case of conflict and keep them all informed;</li><li>Ensure application of COMPANY engineering processes and procedures, work instructions and check lists;</li><li>Enforce the use of CPY approved software, and proper settlement of the AVEVA environment and database;</li><li>Monitor closely the performance of the contractor, identify any deficiency, and formalize it with the support of C&amp;P;</li><li>Coordinate the preparation and execution of Interface meeting with any stakeholders, as well as technical reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, 3D, PR, etc.), and involvement of any discipline Technical Referent Person as necessary;</li><li>Enforce the implementation of CPY STDs, the identification of any deviation, the proper submission of Deviation Request. Ensure that any clarification and change to the scope of work has been properly managed through TQ, SCN, Change Order;</li><li>Report on regular basis on the status of activities, review and validate the overall progress;</li><li>Provide the final dossier, the close-out report including performance and lesson learnt (positive &amp; negative), validate the completion certificate;</li><li>Carry out any other duties/projects may be assigned by the hierarchy.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Profile<br><br></strong><ul><li>Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline. Multi-discipline Engineering coordination background with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in the upstream Oil &amp;Gas industry and project management;</li><li>Previous experience in Offshore Brownfield development is highly desirable;</li><li>Good sense of team spirit leadership, strong interpersonal and soft communication skills in multi-cultural environment;</li><li>Fluent in English – Both verbal and written.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Our Offer<br><br></strong><ul><li>Salary:</li><ul><li>Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance</li></ul><li>Work Schedule:</li><ul><li>9 Hours /6 Days</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Duration:</li><ul><li>30-June-2024</li></ul><li>Location:</li><ul><li>Qatar</li></ul></ul>
