RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Analyze the local market for the Total Available Market (TAM) for the Agitator business.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering or a similar related field.
  • Basic technical knowledge of drilling operations/optimization and technical understanding of drilling tools is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MWD/LWD working mechanisms/types is a plus
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong presentation Skills
  • Understanding of various sales and product promotion techniques
