Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
This position exists to oversee the plan, execute, and finalize projects efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
- Follow up with factories to quote all types of projects and making sure they meet customer’s requirements
- Arrange meetings with sales Engineers and department manager to know the status of every project and solve any difficulty faced by sales
- Providing technical submittals to sales
- Making IPO after receiving PO from customers
- Follow up with all departments within factories to make sure projects’ flow
- Achieve invoicing in monthly bases
- Update the list of pending tenders/projects
- Achieve delivery on time for all projects
- Achieve accuracy of monthly update for pending backlog

- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
