Job Description
Job Title: Engineer- Process <strong>Metallurgy HSM<br><br></strong><strong>Salary: Can be discussed <br><br></strong><strong>Essential Duties:</strong> and Responsibilities Review production reports of RM4 for Rolling of Sections/Sheet Piles on a regularly basis review data logging of the process parameter to identify process deviation. Analyzes failure details and root causes, evaluates functional and technical activities. Prepare a Weekly report of RM 4 with product quality from metallurgy point of view including defects related to reheating and rolling process parameters. Conduct data analysis and prepare corrective and preventive action reports for HSM defected products. Follow up new projects/modifications as per the company Strategy Plant. Carry out technical due diligence of various plants/ facilities and submit reports with comments for the Management for taking decision on acquisition. Identifies & proposes opportunities of engineering improvements for His / Her concerned area of expertise and supports follow-up for the implementation.
