Job Description
– Manage, coach & train mechanical technicians to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to required standards.
– Respond and resolve to electrical breakdowns and report any downtime to increase machines availability.
– To achieve maintenance department KPIs to ensure high performance.
– Identify, report and follow up mechanical spare parts need to ensure good working conditions of machines and utilities, and apply Spare parts Management system and monitor availability along with consumption rate.
– Follow up and supervise the performance of plant and equipment during apply TPM program to ensure their continued effective performance.
– Conduct regular planned maintenance activities and document regular measures according to set maintenance plans to ensure reliability of machines according
– Supervise mechanical assembly of new machines.
– Ensure staff compliance with health, safety and quality standards in all assigned maintenance jobs.
– Work with the team for continuous improvement in plant.
