An exciting opportunity is available for <strong>Engineer, Planning </strong>Located in <strong>Jubail, KSA</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Purpose </strong><p><br></p>Maintenance (Electrical) is in charge of electrical PM’s and CM’s activities. He must be proficient in electrical skills related to preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.<p><br></p><strong>Role responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Convert notification to work order and package </li><li>Identify job required and review with engineers</li><li>Plan, schedule and review daily activities with reliability engineers , maintenance supervisor and OMC</li><li>Follow up for material and services required in daily basis including PR creation</li><li>Attending OPS/Maint daily morning meeting and provide feedback to OPS if required</li><li>All related PR, PO, invoice and SES tracking and follow up.</li><li>Scope of work preparation and review along with SI / Engineers</li><li>Review of quotation and proposal along with SI / Engineers</li><li>Shutdown schedule preparation</li><li>Budgeting and cost consumption report on monthly basis, including ARC utilization report.</li><li>Schedule accuracy (man hour utilization) weekly report, every Sunday</li><li>Packages preparation for all maintenance related activities</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualification and Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor Degree either in Mechanical, Instruments, Electrical </li><li>Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience as Planner</li><li>Full awareness of SAP system</li><li>Full awareness of Microsoft Office</li><li>Involvement in Shutdown/Turnarounds preparation, scheduling and execution</li><li>Primavera Certificate (P6) – Preferred</li></ul>
