<strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment /products </li><li>Interface with relevant depts. To obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated , tested and calibrated.</li><li>Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.</li><li>Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products. </li><li>Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action</li><li>Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimization of existing and future equipment /products. </li><li>Provide Information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM / NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained. </li><li>Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner </li><li>Participate in NCR investigations </li><li>Perform other work-related tasks as assigned</li><li>Good relationship with Client, Supplier &amp; ARM/NOV global team members<br></li></ul>Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.<br><br><strong><u>Skills &amp; Experience Required<br></u></strong><ul><li>Technical/ functional knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of NOV supplied drilling equipment or industry equipment</li><li>Good analytical skills with ability for problem solving</li><li>Quality Focus</li><li>Planning, including ability to plan and supervise workloads</li><li>Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Time management</li><li>Customer Focus</li><li>Technical Learning</li><li>Patience</li><li>Decision Making<br></li></ul>Working under pressure.<br><br><strong><u>Personal And Interpersonal Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li> Handle the jobs as a lead Engineer</li><li> Collaborating and working well together with others.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualification, Knowledge And Experience<br><br></u></strong>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience<br><br>3+ years working on the field.
