The Position
The main role of the Engagement Lead is to support Principals and Partners in their business development and delivery by managing client engagements through all phases. You will contribute to thought leadership by supporting Partners and Principals with the development of products, tools and methodologies.
The engagement leader will provide leadership on a range of projects, including, leadership assessment and development, team effectiveness and organisational and culture transformation. Coming into the role you will demonstrate strong experience in at least one of these domains, together with interpersonal skills, project management and analytic skills and experience of managing teams. You will have worked in a consulting firm or are able to demonstrate the capability to effectively work with clients independently to a high level of proficiency.

Accountabilities
Oversee the delivery of the entire engagement under supervision of Partners or Principals. Ensure all project plans are current and on track as contracted
Coordinate with Partners or Principals and client on a weekly basis regarding scope, insights, recommendations, and progress
Develops client-ready documents, sharp summaries, and articulates clear insights and recommendations
Manage projects within budget and be able to provide budgetary updates
