Job Description
<strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>Execute all the employees’ services in timely and accurate manner including employees’ loans, investigations, HR letters…etc.<br><br><strong><u>Accountabilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Support the HR Operations Senior Manager in the admin operations of the investigations including sending meeting invitations, note taking…etc. to ensure efficiency of the investigations process.</li><li>Conduct investigations as per business need for the junior positions in line with the approved policies to ensure fairness and alignment with the law and regulations.</li><li>Document all the actions and outcomes of the investigations in accurate manner in the employees’ files.</li><li>Issue HR letters for the employees based on their requests, attain the required signatures and stamp in timely and accurate manner to ensure employees satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate the employees’ loans between the banks and the employees to ensure compliance with the company policies.<br></li></ul>Job holder accountabilities are not limited to the above mentioned, the line manager can assign additional responsibilities when required.<br><br><strong><u>Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li>4 years of experience</li><li>Good knowledge of Saudi labor law<br></li></ul><strong>Behavioral Competencies<br></strong><ul><li>Communication</li><li>Collaboration</li><li>Achieving & Delivering</li><li>Customer Centric</li><li>Planning & Reporting</li></ul>
