<strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Implement employee relations programs and engagement activities to create a more efficient and motivated workforce.</li><li>Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.</li><li>Maintain relationship with all stakeholders across each area of the business to create integration and alignment.</li><li>Attend to employees’ questions regarding HR processes and other benefit questions.</li><li>Handle employee complaints and act as a counselor to resolve their issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases; in accordance with company policy and the labor code.</li><li>Track agents’ performance on the system to ensure no cases of active unjustified non-performing.</li><li>Ensure that employees profiles and files are updated on success factor.</li><li>Maintain detailed files for ER cases such as late start, absenteeism, non-performance, extra day off, sick leave, termination with a timely recording of notes and supporting documentation.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews, summarize findings; in terms of trends, concerns and attrition reasons.</li><li>Maintain good knowledge of employee relations best practices and affirmative action guidelines and laws</li></ul> <strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written)</li><li>Flexibility to work night shifts from 5:00 pm till 2:00 am</li><li>Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Success Factor is a plus</li><li>High sense of ownership, customer orientation and adaptive to change.</li><li>Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Very competitive package.</li></ul>
