Our goal is to ensure outstanding customer service in responding to questions and resolving issues, timely Human Resources Systems employee life cycle data entry, electronic employee file and Human Resources records maintenance, and assistance with various Human Resources special project.<p><br></p><u><strong>Role Profile</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide Hands On Support To The Human Capital Business Partners, Human Capital Functional Team And Business Employees In All Areas To Include Successfactors, Reporting, Payroll Preprocessing And Time Keeping, And All Other Hr Operations Activities.</li><li>Ensure High Quality Hc Transactional Data Management. Owns Employee Data And Accuracy.</li><li>Support Any Internal And External Audits Regarding Hr Processes, Ensuring Compliance To Existing Audit Standards, Responding To, And Complying With Any Internal/External Investigations, Audits, Assessments.</li><li>Partner And Collaborate With All Human Capital Digital Experience Team Members To Drive Solutions And Processes That Are Key To Hc Operations Solutions.</li><li>Support Data Corrections, Organization Changes, Transfer Of Employees As Well As Participate In Set Up Of Human Capital Programs Throughout The Year.</li><li>Maintain The Long-Term Integrity Of The Successfactors Environment While Being Flexible And Nimble To The Business And New Business Requirements</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Areas Of Hr Operations, Compensation &amp; Benefits And Hris</li><li>Knowledge Of Labor Laws</li><li>Ability To Work Under Pressure And Tough Deadlines</li><li>Understanding Of Shared Services Model And Partnering Both As A Customer And Provider</li></ul><p><br></p><u><strong>What we offer</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
