We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.<p><br></p><strong><u>Role Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>The Employee Life Cycle Senior Associate will be responsible for the employee from Hire to Retire, (including Onboarding, promotions, transfers, Human Capital letters, Offboarding, Employee Life Cycle). You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR queries. Also responsible for employee certificate and references. Handling operational advice and guidance through phone, e-mail, and chat.<p><br></p><strong>ROLE PROFILE</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Participates In The Ongoing Development, Implementation And Maintenance Of Workforce Administration (Human Capital) Operations</li><li>Responsible For The Accurate Data Entry Of Human Resources Information, New Hire Processing, Job Data Changes, Terminations, Unemployment Tracking, Etc. Monitors And Approves All Data Changes Made Through The Self Service Portal.</li><li>Processes Employee Data Changes And Corrections As Requested Or As Needed Through Data Integrity Audits.</li><li>Conducts Regular Audits To Review Hr Data And Records For Accuracy And Completeness. Monitors Record Keeping And Data Entry Procedures For Accuracy</li><li>Answers Escalated Inquiries From Internal And External Clients</li><li>Responds To Routine Questions About Employee Central (Successfactors) And Procedures Related To It.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Graduate In A Relevant/Numerate Discipline.</li><li>None Required, Internship Or Experience in a Human Resources Services Environment Desirable.</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills</li><li>Excellent Ms Office Skills (Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint)</li></ul>
