Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of the policies and procedures of the hospital and its operation.

Knowledge of the principles and practices of the local unit institutions and medical centers.

Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, patients and others.

Serves as a role model and projects a positive image of Al-Mishari Hospital patients, visitors and staff.

Ability to set visions and clear goals of the organization.

Ability to manage and direct problem-solving processes.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information

Education/Licensure:

Doctor of Medicine or Surgery, Master Degree in Emergency Medicine.

Currently licensed to practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Board Certification in Emergency Medicine.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate, with Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) preferred.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in the field of specialization
