Job Description
- Project Management: Oversee and manage ELV system installations, which can include systems like CCTV, security alarms, fire alarm systems, access control, audio-visual systems, networking, and other related technologies.
- Design Support: Work with the design team to ensure ELV systems are integrated into the overall project design. Also responsible for checking and approving ELV system designs and specifications.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with technicians, engineers, vendors, and other construction staff to ensure ELV system installations are carried out correctly and on time.
- Budget and Planning: Develop and oversee project budgets, and scheduling resources for projects to ensure they are completed within the set timelines and budget.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure installations are carried out according to local codes, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements. Validate that all systems perform to the necessary standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect and monitor work quality and rectify any anomalies. Ensure the quality control process is maintained throughout the project cycle.
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress and budget reports to stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot any problems that may arise with ELV systems during the construction phase.
- Training and Supervision: Lead and train teams, emphasizing proper methods and safety procedures.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to maintain project workflow and to stay updated on the latest ELV technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field is usually required. A postgraduate degree or additional professional training could be beneficial but is not always necessary.

English: Very Good Command of English language, Arabic: Very Good command of Arabic Language
- Experience: Several years of experience in ELV systems installation, construction management, or a related field is typically required. This may include experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of systems like CCTV, access control systems, fire alarms, etc.
- Certifications: Certifications from reputable organizations in project management (such as PMP), low voltage systems, or construction management can enhance employability.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ELV systems, familiarity with local codes and safety regulations, and proficiency in using related tools and software are critical.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team towards successful project completion.
- Organizational Skills: Necessary for managing resources and meeting project deadlines.
- Previous experience with same kind of projects will be an added value,
- Past experience with ELV suppliers/ subcontractors is preferred.
