We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.<p><br></p><strong>Partner with the best</strong><p><br></p>As an ARMO Electro Mechanic Technician you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.<p><br></p>As an ARMO Technician, you will be responsible for:<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Performing maintenance of Baker Hughes Drilling Services Downhole tools and assemblies</li><li> Troubleshooting of Electromechanical assemblies to provide root cause and corrective actions to Reliability Engineering Team</li><li> Implementing Technical Bulletins and perform upgrades as per Engineering instructions</li><li> Training the junior technicians on the higher maintenance levels of assigned products</li><li> Ensuring operational demands on equipment readiness is met as per the activity forecast</li><li> Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Fuel your passion<p><br></p><strong>To be successful in this role you will:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Have a Degree or Diploma from accredited institute</li><li> Have At least 5 years of O&G experience as ARMO Technician working on</li><li> Be qualified in rebuild maintenance on RSs and Pulsers</li><li> Know SAP, Maps, Job bord and other applications related to Drilling systems ARMO</li><li> Demonstrate systematic approach to troubleshooting, completed trainings on troubleshooting</li><li> Have understanding of Drilling services operational requirements, systems, processes and KPIs related to ARMO</li><li> Have ability to read and understand the English language.</li><li> Have Experience of leading team of technicians to deliver the operational requirement</li><li> Advanced computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
