Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring an electrician for an electro mechanical company to work on electric transmission and distribution projects. As an electrician, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance work in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.

<b>Responsibilities:</b>

<br />- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
<br />
<br />- Perform troubleshooting and diagnose electrical problems.
<br />
<br />- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
<br />
<br />- Follow electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
<br />
<br />- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timelines.
<br />
<br />- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
<br />
<br />- Keep abreast of industry trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance job knowledge and skills.
<br />
<br />- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including materials used and time spent on each task.

<br />- Provide recommendations for improving electrical systems and processes.
<br />
<br />Requirements- Minimum of a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or equivalent qualification is required.
<br />
<br />- Preferably holding an ADDC/AADC competency certificate.
<br />
<br />- At least 5 years of experience in electric transmission and distribution projects, preferably with DEWA/ADDC/AADC.
<br />
<br />- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring diagrams.
<br />
<br />- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs.
<br />
<br />- Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.
<br />
<br />- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams.
<br />
<br />- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
<br />
<br />- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
<br />
<br />- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and workload.
