Electrical Supervisor – Aluminium Casthouse

Job Description

<p>A candidate must have minimum 8-10 years of experience in any large manufacturing process industry<span> </span>as an electrical supervisor (preferably with aluminium cast house) having a minimum qualification of diploma in Electrical engineering. A candidate must have an engineering license/ should be eligible for the license.</p><p><br></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Hands-on experience or at least basic knowledge of Induction Furnace, casting line &amp; its working principle.</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Hands-on experience with induction motors, DC motors, servo motors, encoders – troubleshooting</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Hands-on experience with AC drives, DC drives, Servo drives with basic programming skills.</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Hands-on experience with overhead crane.</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Able to read wiring diagrams, component identification, configuration, and selection as per circuit requirements,</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Hands-on experience with sensors and transducers.</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Able to prepare power as well as control wiring diagrams of basic electrical circuits.</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Hands-on experience with motor starters DOL, Star delta starters.</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Basic understanding of combustion system.</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Independently troubleshooting on breakdown by following drawings &amp; manuals.</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Experience with HV, transformers, RMU will be added advantage. </strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Sound knowledge on PLC, HMI &amp; its troubleshooting.</strong></p>
