Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
- Ø Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the
- Plant facility’s equipment.
- Ø Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and
- Ø Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production during machine service.
- Ø Performs simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Ø Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,
- Ø Hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Ø Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Ø Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Ø Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Ø Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Ø Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment
- Ø In performing duties.
- Ø Detect fully operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to
- Ø Proper supervision.
- Ø Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Responsible for hygiene and HACCP standards within the job responsibility.
- Implementation of area specific, all the hygiene and product safety procedures and make sure that all the time all the applicable instructions are being followed by staff.
- Maintaining the hygiene and sanitation condition of the assembly line.
Ø Other responsibilities are being done as a part of his position
Skills
Experience in manufacturing company is required
Preferably has poultry farm experience
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent in English Communication
