Electrical Engineer – MEP

Job Description

• Plan a systematic design outline for effective working and performance of electrical systems and machines.
• Gathering data from relevant and reliable sources to assist the top-level management in making vital decisions related to electrical projects.
• Evaluate the existing maintenance activities to make appropriate decisions for improving relevant processes.
• Collaborate with the assigned project managers and contractors to design and maintain technically safe electrical systems.
• Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets.
• Prepare Load Distribution Schedules, Single Line Diagrams and perform engineering calculations
• Prepare details for the installation of landscape, water feature and swimming pool lighting

Skills

• Prior knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and relevant tools.
• Remarkable command of effective goal setting, strategic thinking, and fluent verbal and non-verbal skills.
• Conversant with the use of international codes and standards related to electrical engineering.
• Familiar with the electrical design software.
• Familiar and well versed with the International and local codes and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
• UAE Driving License is and advantage
