Electrical Engineer – Facilities Management

Job Description

<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing electrical components into devices. They will also help design and manufacture electrical products of all shapes and sizes. They should be able to make quality assurance checks in order to keep the product standard high.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Follow up ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems</li><li>Manage and Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs;</li><li>Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;</li><li>Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive Maintenance contracts;</li><li>Review service provider invoices and verification of payments.</li><li>Conduct weekly meetings with service providers and follow up on pending tasks.</li><li>Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken;</li><li>Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems;</li><li>Comply with all health &amp; Safety procedures and requirements;</li><li>Meet and coordinate with end-users and follow up on their requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Candidate should be a graduate in Electrical Engineering</li><li>Candidate should have minimum of 5 – 7 years GCC experience in Facilities Management Company.</li><li><strong>Preferable Nationality – Jordan, Syria, Palestinians</strong></li><li>Strong Managerial and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
