This position will play a pivotal role in leading our strategic direction in the region and overseeing the successful deployment and integration of our digital health solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the Middle East market, focusing on growing and maximizing revenue.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor and implement digital health solutions that meet the unique needs of the Middle East healthcare sector.</li><li>Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government entities, and customers to strengthen the company’s reputation and market position.</li><li>Lead in-country sales and marketing efforts, identifying opportunities and challenges in the market.</li><li>Act as the company’s representative in the region, attending conferences, seminars, and public meetings to promote our digital health solutions.</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor strategies in the region, and adjust business strategies as necessary.</li><li>Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations, as well as the company’s ethical guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with the Global eHealth Manager to align the country strategy with global objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 1 years of experience in the eHealth sector</li><li>Proven track record of growing a business in the Middle Eastern market.</li><li>Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, digital health solutions, and market trends in the Middle East.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.</li><li>Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and execution.</li><li>Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within the region.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Spectre Technology</strong> provides an exciting, fast-paced, and diverse work environment.
