The position of Retail Operations Manager is to ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently in all areas of the store operations. These include guest service standards, colleague selling and guest service competencies. You are required to have a high level of knowledge of the theme park information and products and has the ability to deliver this information in a fun and exciting way. You will be required to develop an extensive knowledge of the UAE school curriculum requirements in order to conduct designed curriculum-based programing.
