<p>As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to promote and sell our Kinderpedia to prospective clients in the education sector. Collaborating closely with the sales and product teams, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance, conducting product demonstrations, and effectively articulating the value proposition of our solution. Your ultimate goal will be to drive revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with educational institutions and influencing them to adopt Kinderpedia. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop a deep understanding of the Kinderpedia Solution, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the functionality and value of the Kinderpedia Solution.</li><li>Engage in consultative selling, understanding client requirements and tailoring solution proposals to meet their specific needs.</li><li>Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback, insights, and recommendations for product enhancements or new features.</li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within educational institutions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in educational technology to effectively position the Kinderpedia Solution.</li><li>Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with potential clients and promote our solution.</li><li>Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and facilitate long-term customer satisfaction. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education, Business) or equivalent experience.</li><li>Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role within the EdTech industry.</li><li>Strong technical background and understanding of educational software, MIS, learning management systems (LMS), or related technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs.</li><li>Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously.</li><li>Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Fast-paced work environment, with exciting opportunities coming up every day</li><li>Young, dynamic team &amp; charismatic leaders</li><li>Cool brand, disruptive product, recognised in Europe for innovation and social impact</li><li>Warm and friendly office in the centre of Bucharest</li><li>Nespresso, fresh juice maker and other nice office amenities</li><li>Chic office rituals such as sparkling/raclette/board game afternoons </li><li>Chance to grow within the team and play a significant role in the international expansion of Kinderpedia </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join our team and contribute to the transformation of education by promoting our Kinderpedia.
