What will you do?
– Welcome guests, and direct them appropriately and answer the phone in a timely manner according to the company’s hospitality manual
– Assist in submitting expense reports and other miscellaneous requests as per business need
– Coordinate and schedule events to ensure positive results
– Assure the Innovation Center is ready for hosting guests and the needed materials are in the stock
– Responsible for meeting rooms reservation
– Collect the satisfaction survey after each event and consolidate its data in one place
– Arrange for catering for the meetings with our providers
