<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong> JOB PURPOSE<br><br></strong>To manage the development of Economic Participation opportunities research and business cases as well as support in drafting, negotiating and realizing economic offset contracts in order to support the economic development of KSA.<br><br><strong>Business Development and Relationship Management<br></strong><ul><li>Lead the identification, evaluation and selection of new potential strategic partners for offset agreements to ensure generating opportunity leads to expand LCGPA’s influence.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with existing economic development entities and strategic partners in the economic offset program to explore mutual agreements with LCGPA.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Offset Opportunities Exploration<br></strong><ul><li>Manage the research and identification of economic offset opportunities through collaborating with data office teams and Local Content Development to obtain access to opportunity data and networks in the Saudi market.</li><li>Develop business cases for economic offset deals through conducting feasibility studies for the opportunities using the correct analyses to ensure representing the opportunity in the right format of the analysis and explore the viability of the opportunity and its impact on the Saudi economy and its contribution to local content.</li><li>Present economic offset business cases to management and other stakeholders to ensure LCGPA’s alignment with external governmental and semi-governmental entities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports<br></strong><ul><li>Lead the development of Economic Participation Department policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of operations for subordinates.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Related Tasks<br></strong><ul><li>Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.<br><br></li></ul>Technical Competencies<br><br><strong>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES<br></strong><ul><li>budget management – Basic</li><li>Corporate performance management – Basic</li><li>Strategic Planning – Basic</li><li>People performance management – Basic</li><li>Project management – Basic</li><li>language proficiency – Proficient</li><li>IT skills – Advanced</li><li>stakeholder management – Proficient</li><li>data management – Proficient</li><li>Follow-up operations management – Advanced</li><li>negotiation – Advanced</li><li>Business Development – Advanced</li><li>strategic partnerships – Advanced</li><li>Initiatives Management – Advanced<br><br></li></ul>Education<br><br>Economics, Engineering, Business, or related majors
