<p>This role will be responsible for defining and implementing our client’s marketing plans with particular focus on e-commerce,&nbsp;but also including an element of traditional marketing/advertising too. You will work directly with the Senior Management Team and take full ownership of client’s online presence and customer acquisition programs. We need a highly strategic thinker who is also excited to execute unique campaigns and scale current channels.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Marketing Budget Planning and Management</li><li>&nbsp;Build quarterly and monthly marketing plans</li><li>Develop and own the marketing calendar and campaigns end to end.</li><li>Own marketing goals/KPIs tracking and achievement such as: acquisition, retention, and awareness.</li><li>Track and manage marketing budgets and monthly spend – setup reporting for key metrics.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Shopify </strong>/</p><ul><li>Knowledge of Shopify and its utility in ecommerce</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Performance Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Meta and Google Advertising</li><li>Strategize, execute, monitor, optimize and manage ROI-focused campaigns across multiple channels to meet key performance metrics.</li><li>Setting up &amp; optimizing audiences for conversions and KPIs</li><li>Allocate budgets, analyze, and recommend modifications to ad spends.</li><li>Setting up analytics tools &amp; dashboards</li><li>Plan A/B creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify what works best.</li><li>Planning and strategizing landing page optimization</li><li>Test new channels and trends</li><li>Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy monthly.</li><li>Gathering multiple data points to perform in-depth analysis, drawing and reporting actionable business insights.</li><li>Come up with creative digital advertising solutions to scale campaigns.</li><li>Candidate should be willing to write marketing copies for Emails, Push Notifications, In-App banners etc.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Social Media</strong></p><ul><li>Optimize company pages within each social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat etc) to increase the visibility and brand awareness of the company’s social content.</li><li>Post &amp; distribute daily new content or re-purpose existing visual content that will be used on digital platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.</li><li>Lead the marketing team in executing all stages of video production which include project visualizing, filming, photographing, and editing.</li><li>Candidate will be responsible for keeping all social media handles updated with latest content – including planning, creating, and posting content.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Email Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Klaviyo</li><li>Ability to create email flows and triggers</li><li>Execute and develop email marketing campaigns with team members</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Traditional Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to develop creative campaigns and designs working with graphic designers</li><li>Knowledge of design, print and digital executions</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Analytics</strong></p><ul><li>Aggregating data from multiple sources, creating reliable databases/data systems &amp; identifying and filling knowledge gaps.</li><li>Help drive the key Product KPIs, such as revenue, ARPU, and retention, and optimize the sales funnel.</li><li>&nbsp;Work closely with teams to produce dashboards to tell the narrative of performance across the digital landscape.</li><li>Monitoring our performance across multiple channels and continuously optimizing it</li><li>Daily and Weekly reporting of key business metrics such as Orders, Users etc.</li><li>Create customized dashboards based on business requirements.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of demonstrable experience of owning, developing, and executing marketing plans, including targeted paid advertising – online and offline events – and content marketing.</li><li>Experience in ecommerce marketing in a B2C environment for at least 2 years</li><li>Hands on experience of across platforms such as Facebook,, Shopify, Klaviyo Google Ads, and digital Ad networks</li><li>Degree in marketing, business, or a related field would be a plus.</li><li>Comfortable with data and analytics, and you can clearly communicate your results and ideas.</li><li>Brand Focused thinking.</li><li>Strong project management skills/stakeholder management skills and ability to work across levels</li><li>Ability to communicate across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities.</li><li>Deadline and task focused individual</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Details</strong></p><ul><li>Office locations in Burj Al Salam and DIP2 and be expected to be based across both offices</li><li>Monday to Friday working hours, but flexibility expected</li><li>VISA will l be provided but applicant needs to be able to work in the UAE</li><li>Salary based on experience and between AED112,000 – AED17,000</li></ul>
