Job Description
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales, increase customer acquisition, and improve customer retention.
- Oversee the end-to-end ecommerce operations, including website management, product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the ecommerce platform.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and site optimization techniques.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as payment processors, shipping providers, and technology vendors, to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Implement and manage customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty programs to enhance customer experience and drive repeat purchases.
- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and industry trends, adapting strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Bilingual: Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
- Preferably Saudi nationals
- Business or Computer graduate
- Good understanding of Saudi market needs
- Familiar with Saudi regulations relating to ecommerce / online stores
- Experience minimum 3-5 years in stores preferably in retail / lifestyle products
