DHS Arabia seeks an experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) professional to fulfill our company’s ECM Specialist / Lead role. DHS Arabia is looking to recruit an ECM Specialist / Lead to help support the growth of our Digital Transformation Business Line.<p><br></p>The position will focus on understanding customers’ challenges via a consulting discovery process to uncover customer business needs and solve these business problems by defining ECM / BPM-focused digital solutions to enhance business efficiency, reduce costs, and greater customer satisfaction.<p><br></p>This customer-facing consulting delivery role will include creating winning proposals and statements of work for complex-integrated business process solutions across multiple HEALTHCARE PROVIDER segments and customers. Once the sales team identifies an opportunity, the applicant will perform an initial assessment, analyze the information and design a solution that best fits the customer’s needs.<p><br></p>The consultant will also work individually or lead a team according to project size to implement the solution from environment preparation to implementation and go-live…<p><br></p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Participate in all phases of the Solution/product development cycle: from requirements/product definition and design through development, implementation, debugging, testing and support.</li><li>Worked as a senior team member on projects involving the development of new features, sustenance, and handling customer escalations.</li><li>Construct detailed design specifications (technical or business) based on customer requirements.</li><li>Participate or assist in providing architectural design to meet project needs.</li><li>Adhere to architectural guidelines/standards and delivery discipline processes.</li><li>Provide SME level-consultation with the project team and end users</li><li>Develop different ECM/SharePoint solutions components like workflows, web services, widgets, custom components … etc.</li><li>Identify and develop improvements to current business processes and solutions.</li><li>Develop unit test suites</li><li>Build scalable solutions and ‘smart’ code that can be reused in the future</li><li>Maintain a clear history of code through the use of source control tools</li><li>Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Technical/Functional Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years of ECM experience with well-known ECM technologies (IBM FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, Alfresco, Saperion … etc.)</li><li>Experience across multiple technologies within ECM, BPM, or content &amp; document management solutions will be highly beneficial (e.g. OpenText, Hyland, IBM FileNet, EMC Documentum, Oracle, Perceptive, Saperion, ELO Digital, SER Solutions, EASY Software, Microsoft SharePoint, Alfresco, M-Files, Dropbox, Box, Kofax, K2, Bizagi, Tibco, Pega, Appian etc.)</li><li>A background in solution in business consulting, sales engineering, or presales combined with customer requirements analysis and project scoping</li><li>Experience impleengineeringmenting, integrating, migrating, and supporting enterprise-level content management solutions for millions of records and documents</li><li>Hands-on, technical experience with SharePoint workflows and integration development</li><li>Proven experience in .NET application programming</li><li>Proficiency in SQL query language</li><li>Deep knowledge of data modeling</li><li>Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure</li><li>Proven knowledge and expertise with multiple development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and full SDLC in a large enterprise-wide environment</li><li>The ability to quickly understand overall business requirements, analyze the business processes, and design document solutions to support business needs.</li><li>Strong quality testing knowledge</li><li>Experience in team-oriented, collaborative environments with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)</li><li>Ability to prioritize work and help the team assess impacts on timelines</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li></ul>
