Job Description
<ul><li>5+ years of construction experience as minimum .</li><li>Mobilization & Demobilization of Earthwork resources as per planned executions.</li><li>Provide guidance and direction to team members as needed.</li><li>Develop, Review and recommend improvements to existing work methods and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with various Projects to collect issues for timely action.</li><li>Study the scope of works and BOQ, estimate the Earthwork operation requirements of technical and other resources such as manpower, equipment, materials etc. for the concerned projects in the area as per executions plan and drawings.</li><li>Perform Progress analysis and reports to management for decision making purposes.</li><li>Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.</li><li>Manage the shared Resources across the different projects.</li><li>Manage the construction efforts and to plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.</li><li>Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to earthworks in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.</li><li>Coordinate multiple projects and Project Managers / Construction Managers concurrently.</li><li>Communicate with Construction Managers / Project Managers and individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing & Maintain relationship to ensure needs are met and problems/conflicts are resolved.</li><li>Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both targets and schedule to all the team members.</li><li>Review manpower & Equipment’s and duration forecasts for completion of works as per planned durations and resource requirements.</li><li>Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.</li></ul>
