- Contribute and develop Ecommerce strategy, annual budget, and business KPIs
- Ownership of P&L and work in a target-driven role.
- Create analysis & reporting based on the rate of sales, promotional necessities, and goal
in-stock levels (in-house website and digital partner marketplaces). - Work closely and collaborate with marketing on customer (CRM) and category strategic development & retention.
- Lead and develop the partner marketplace ecosystem in line with company expansion goals.
- Execute marketplace mapping and control and manage the MENA Digital Marketplace
Ecosystem. - Make recommendations to senior management on commercial opportunities with new
partners and new regions on factual analysis, trends, and needs while monitoring and
reporting on all digital partners. - Propose website optimization roadmap, analyse site analytics, test results, and industry
trends and innovation. - Ensure ongoing content optimization of content throughout the lifecycle of all SKUs
(across all platforms). - Oversee the entire e-commerce division, organizational structure, and task allocation.
- Responsible for training and development of the Ecommerce team.
- Leverage the digital space to build the brands reach and reputation
- Conduct e-Market research and identify new opportunities.
- Deliver insight and analytics to the business on a regular basis.
- Track, analyse, and report on department KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business.
- A Digital expert, with 6-8 years of Managing Ecommerce departments and a strong background in E-Commerce Sales at a highly commercial business.
- Should know graphic designing & commercial photography.
- Strong in Engagement, Content, Analytics & Customer Journey optimization.
- Strong understanding of key trends and movements within the industry and Ecommerce space.
- Experience working with Shopify, Magenta, Microsoft Dynamics, Google Apps, and other platforms.
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills with people at different levels (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing tight timescales and conflicting demands, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High standard of IT/office systems skills and knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office applications
- Strong relationship management ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with others to deliver business activities successfully.
