<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>As a Solution Architect specializing in the Retail Domain, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and integrated solutions that address the complex needs of our client’s retail business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors, to drive the successful integration of multiple applications within our client’s ecosystem. Your expertise in supply chain applications, such as e-commerce (eComm), order management systems (OMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS), will be essential in delivering streamlined and efficient retail processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop end-to-end solution architectures for retail applications, including eComm, OMS, WMS, Retail and Finance ERP ensuring integration and interoperability between various systems.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solution designs.</li><li>Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technology platforms and frameworks to support the retail ecosystem’s integration needs.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.</li><li>Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party systems into the overall solution.</li><li>Identify and mitigate architectural risks and bottlenecks by conducting thorough analysis and proposing innovative solutions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the retail technology landscape, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Work experiences up to 10 years in IT industry, Retail industry experience is a must.</li><li>Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably within the retail domain, with a strong focus on integrating multiple applications. Minimum 3 years of experience as Solution Architect.</li><li>Well versed with Solution/Enterprise Architecture concepts, must have created Architecture artefacts like High Level Design, Application and Integration Architectures.</li><li>Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with supply chain applications, including e-commerce (eComm), order management systems (OMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).</li><li>Solid understanding of retail business processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment and logistics.</li><li>Experience with retail ERP systems (e.g., SAP Retail, Oracle Retail) is a significant advantage.</li><li>Experience with Database concepts (Oracle, MySQL), also hands-on with SQL is a must.</li><li>Strong proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance solutions using modern architectural patterns and technologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex integration challenges.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring architectural consistency.</li></ul><p></p>
