Take a look at this job position!<p><br></p><strong>Tasks</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You help customers with IT-related questions and problems.</li><li>You process all IT reports, solve these problems or engage experts, follow up and communicate the solution.</li><li>You perform standard installation and configuration procedures at customers.</li><li>You participate in migration and rollout projects.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Native level of Dutch and French. English is a plus.</li><li>English (B2 Level)</li><li>Managing and supporting customer IT applications. </li><li>A higher education diploma, passion for IT and knowledge of Microsoft products (Microsoft 365).</li><li>Knowledge of plugins/web service is a plus.</li><li>Driven person for whom ‘Customer First’ is not an empty concept.</li><li>You have good communication skills, are very customer-friendly and super service-minded.</li><li>You are able to work under (time) pressure and can set the right priorities.</li><li>You can work independently &amp; in a team.</li><li>You are disciplined.</li><li>You want to move to Morocco permanently or for a longer period of time.</li><li>A higher education degree, passion for IT and knowledge of Microsoft products (Microsoft 365)</li><li>Knowledge of plugins/webservice is a plus.</li><li>Driven person for whom ‘Customer First’ is not a hollow concept.</li><li>Fluent Dutch, French and English.
