Job Description
Role purpose:
The purpose of this role is to support on delivering fixed Growth in line with Vodafone Egypt’s strategy and support VFE positioning as the total communications provider leader. Through delivering top notch experience to the end user and managing the base development fixed broadband KPI’s.
Job Responsibility
• Assist DSL Base Team leader in planning base development fixed broadband strategy and formulate marketing calendar of initiatives in order to achieve targets
• Accountable for DSL base KPI’s: Churn, base activity, base revenue, ARPU Development
• Develop new propositions and manage commercial launch of new initiatives by setting a solid go-to-market plan to ensure product success
• Manage internal and external stakeholders in order to leverage on best practice to ensure proper delivery of marketing calendar and fixed broadband segment strategy
• Assess current process and reporting within VFE and recommend fixes to deliver the best customer experience

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Ability to innovatively design and launch commercial offerings and propositions
• Ability to work cross functionally with Technical teams, Finance, CC, CVM & pricing
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and analytical skills
• Marketing experience is a must
• DSL knowledge and product management experience are preferable
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
