As a global technology provider, AVL’s offerings range from simulation, virtualization and test automation for product development to ADAS/AD and vehicle software.</p><p><strong>About the Job</strong></p><p>As a member of the system engineering team, you will be working on a range of projects, setting functional strategy & developping diagnostic & safety concepts related to powertrain functionalities s.a combustion, after-treatement, air-path, …</p><p><strong>Main Duties, Operational Tasks, Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li> Analysing approval ratings for all GMPs (training videos available),</li><li>Data processing with AVL Drive 4.2 and 4.6 (Tutorials for V4.2 available, but no difference with V4.6 for the data processing side),</li><li>Data post-processing via Apogee and AVL Drive (Documents available but require access to STL servers/links),</li><li>Reporting low points in an OIL (Tutorial available).</li><li>Creation of Rating Grids using Apogee/ASDCA tool, based on the raw data acquired by the assessors in France (Documents available),</li><li>Verification of the resulting events/life situations using the ODRIV tool (Documents available),</li><li>Creation and validation of CRs (“Comptes Rendus”) for all ratings. The CRs are generated directly from the ODRIV file for the quotation in question,</li><li>Read the acquired data in AVL Drive and INCA MDA to analyse the signals, and then report the low points in an OIL (Open Item List).</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>FH/TU Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Thermodynamics, Chemical & Process Engineering, Software Engineering (or equivalent)</li><li>HTL (or equivalent)</li><li>Detailed technical understanding of thermodynamics of combustion engine, transmission and electric powertrain</li><li>Understanding of powertrain systems and interaction</li><li>Understanding of electronic engineering, information technology and control engineering</li><li>Required software skill of calbibration tools (INCA, Concerto, DiagRa)</li><li>Flexibility and readiness to travel</li><li>Problem solving comptence</li><li>Collaborative working style</li><li>English (level B2)</li><li>Driving license</li></ul>
