The focus will be on helping our employees organize their financial, professional and personal life and by doing so, achieve their dreams. Thereby being a more productive, happy and long-term employee and a valuable asset to the company. </p><p>Duties</p><p>· Set individual monthly meetings with at first a few select of Facilitate’ s employees, and eventually as the program and your department grows, to discuss their personal long term goals</p><p>· Answer employee questions about financial plans and strategies and give them financial advice</p><p>· Assess employee goals and come up with internal plans to achieve said goals</p><p>· Set up meetings with Employee Relations and Training and Development departments to discuss Facilitators’ potential and performance to design the right plan for them</p><p>· Develop relationships within the local communities to widen the access to local tools and networks</p><p>· Refer employees to outside professionals, if any, who can assist them</p><p>· Conduct research to gain additional knowledge on best practices to guide current employees based on their individual goals</p><p>· Obtain approval for new budget to acquire necessary new hires, tools and resources to grow a successful program and department</p><p>· Prepare quarterly reports of employees’ development towards their goals and make sure they are on track</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or any related field</p><p>· Background in HR, Psychology, or social work is a plus</p><p>· Experience as financial advisor, or any related field is a plus</p><p>· Very good communications skills</p><p>· Research skills</p><p>· Experience in providing quality financial advice</p>
