Document Control Manager

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Liberal Construction, LLC is seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Documents Control Manager to join our team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Proactively manage administrative functions related to (but not limited to) Procore.
2. Train other employees on the use and functions of Procore
3. Distribute documents as needed to employees or subcontractors
4. Upload documents according to company procedure
5. Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings in the company’s system
6. Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
7. Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access
8. Handle records across various departments
9. Create templates for use by other personnel
10. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
11. Establish and maintain records according to the company’s retention timelines
12. Other administrative duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  •  Understanding of how to use ACONEX or Procore
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other management software
  • Ability to multitask effectively
