Being able to store, retrieve and automate document flows is one of the key things that Document Management Systems&nbsp; delivers to customers.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Your job will be to deliver remote and on-site support for Document Management Systems to our customers. </span><strong>The role requires travel to customer sites in the EMEA region with 50%-70% on-site presence. </strong><span>As part of our partnership with an innovative and aggressively evolving DMS vendor, the responsibility is to perform DMS implementation and provide support for the same.&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Working with and understanding customer technical and functional requirements of Document Management System</span></li><li><span>Sizing and estimation of implementation</span></li><li><span>Documentation</span></li><li><span>Implement DMS flows and automations</span></li><li><span>Escalates cases as necessary to either company internal or external resources for example vendor support channels or other contractors</span></li><li><span>Participates in daily support and maintenance activities of the managed systems</span></li><li><span>Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations</span></li><li><span>Protects operations by keeping information confidential.</span></li><li><span>Supports system development by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle</span></li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>OS server systems knowledge – Windows and Linux</span></li><li><span>General networking knowledge (the OSI model)</span></li><li><span>Experience with SQL based database systems</span></li><li><span>Experience with scripting languages: javascript, groovy</span></li><li><span>An excellent command of technical business English and be confident in ability to participate fully in meetings with clients.
